TGF Return & Exchange Policy

At TGF, we believe in honesty and clarity — from how your clothes feel to how your order is handled.

Our goal is to make sure you’re comfortable with every step.

1. Upon Delivery

You’re welcome to open your package upon delivery to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Once the order is received and accepted, TGF is not responsible for any returns or issues related to product satisfaction, sizing, or preference.

If you decide to return the product upon delivery, the shipping company will record your reason and handle the return directly.

2. Condition Requirements

All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, meaning:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered and spotless
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

  • You may exchange your item for a different size of the same product, if the requested size is in stock.
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • TGF is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.
